Can I buy over the phone ?
Yes, we will be very pleased to take your order over the phone. Have your payment details at hand, alongside the details of the product that you would like to purchase then call 01905 887705. One of our sales assistants will be delighted to help you.
Is there a surcharge for credit card payments ?
No, unlike many internet retailers, we do not make a surcharge for credit card payments.
Can I collect my goods ?
Yes, you are welcome to collect your goods from our warehouse in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire. To do this payment for your item needs to have been cleared. You also need to arrange a time for collection, and bring along two forms of ID, one of which needs to be picture ID. Suggested forms of Id include :-
Driving License
Passport
Utility Bill
Address on the ID must match the billing address, if a credit or debit card has been used for payment.
Collections have to be made in person, and cannot be conducted by a third party.
If I am not happy with my product, can I get a refund ?
Yes, all of our products are covered by a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you ship overseas ?
No, we do not currently ship overseas.
Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases ?
Our prices are extremely competitive and so we have limited opportunity to improve them for multiple purchases. Can I pay using my PayPal account ?
Yes, we are more than happy for you to use your PayPal account to pay for your items. The “Express Checkout” facility is quick and easy to use.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we are happy for you to pay by bank transfer. Please call us on 01905 887705, or email at sales@districtelectricals.co.uk and we will provide you with our details and take you through the process.
Can I cancel my order ?
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received your item. You will receive a full refund assuming certain conditions are met. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
What do you mean by “very slight cosmetic marks” on some of your products ?
In the interests of absolute honesty and customer satisfaction, we always state that there may be very slight cosmetic marks on our Grade A product. We select only the very best graded product, and most are perfect, but the truth is that ANY handling will result in slight marking of the casing. This is especially true of the high gloss finishes on modern TV’s. However, any marks that do exist are hardly visible in normal viewing conditions. It is extremely rare for a customer to be disappointed by the condition of one of our products.
