When buying from our store you confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). We will then send a second email when we start to process your order. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. .
Condition of Products
Our products consist of both Brand New, Box Damaaged and Grade A. This is clearly marked oneach listing. Box Damaged product just refers to the packaging. sometimes they have been re-packaged in brown boxes. The Grade A products are from end of line, surplus, overly manufactured goods or ex display etc. They are in “As New” condition. Some items may have minor cosmetic imperfections but most don't. What you will receive is a great value product without the need to compromise on quality.
All prices of product on this site are in UK pounds and are quoted in full inclusive of VAT. Prices exclude delivery charges (for delivery charges please use the estimate delivery charges area provided when adding an item to your shopping cart).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus any delivery charges.
We will accept credit and debit card payment through our secure server via Sage Pay. We also accept PayPal. If however, you would prefer to pay by cheque, Postal order, or bank transfer please contact us at email@example.com to secure your order and for further instructions. You can of course call us on 01905 887705 and place an order over the phone.
Your order will normally be despatched next day once your payment has cleared. In the unlikely event the item is no longer in stock we will email you with a projected delivery date.
Please note if paying by cheque, you should allow an extra 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear.
All UK deliveries are sent by courier, usually on a next day service, depending on the size and weight of the package.
All postage & delivery costs include packaging. All plasma TV's are sent via a specilaist TV delivery company and delivery is normally within four working days.
Please note that if your item arrives with the box damaged then you must sign for the item as damaged so that we can claim back from the courier and despatch another item to you. If you do not sign for your item as damaged then we will not be able to make a claim and this may affect you.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to seven days following the day you receive the goods by:

· Calling us on 01905 887705. Please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand.
Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you have received with it.
If you follow the steps above you will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charge paid. Refunds will be issued to the payment card or PayPal account that the original payment was made with.
If there is a fault with your product within the warranty period, your item will be covered by the warranty and a prompt repair or exchange will be arranged. You will always have the option of an exchange if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Warranty on “Brand New” Products
Brand New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Full details will be provided on request.
Warranty on “Grade A” & "Box Damaged" Products
“Grade A” products are covered by either a manufacturers warranty, or a 12 month parts & labour warranty as stated at the bottom of the product description. The warranty starts from the date delivery. In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, you should contact us immediately with your invoice details at hand. If appropriate, we will then contact you and attempt to resolve the issue remotely within 48 hours. If this is not possible the item will need to be return to our technical facility, or our chosen specialist repair centre. Following inspection, a decision will be made on whether it is economical to repair the product, or whether it is replaced with an equivalent item. Repairs are completed as expediently as possible, and usually within working five days. All repairs are fully tested for 48 hours to ensure that any intermittent faults have been rectified. Repairs are free of charge for parts and labour, unless faults have been caused by accident, neglect, or misuse (for which there will be no refund or exchange).
All original packaging should be kept for your product as this is required for returning the item to us. It is your responsibility to package the item in a safe way, suitable for courier transport. Although we will arrange and pay for collection by courier, the item is not insured as the packing has not been completed by us. If you would like to take out separate insurance, please contact us at email@example.com. Alternatively you can choose to arrange your own delivery to our repair centre, at your cost.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
